Newton, Ma. : Eliza Teplow and Hailee McSweeney commit to Nobles & Greenough and will join the Bulldogs community in the fall of 2019.

Nobles and Greenough is a co-ed boarding school founded in 1866 located in Dedham, Massachusetts. The Nobles & Greenough institute upholds both a strong academic and athletic reputation among all private schools in New England. The Bulldogs compete in the ISL and finished the 2018 fall season at the top of the ISL bracket with a 15-1-0 overall record.

Eliza and Hailee are teammates on the Valeo FC Flash ’04 squad and have been a pinnacle part of the defensive duties for the Flash and the 2004 age group over the past years.

Eliza has been a stand out player since the inception of the girls program here at Valeo FC. She began to focus her skill set and trade on the goalkeeper position about 3 years ago. Among her many accolades, Eliza was selected as a goalkeeper for the US Training Center (USTC), a national youth pool selection for national team prospects. In addition, Eliza was also selected among the top players within her age group of the New England Premiership to train in the (PDP) Player Development Program in the 2018 spring season.

Hailee has been a staple in the outside back position for the 2004 age group since she joined the Valeo FC family. Hailee’s strengths in the outside back position are exceptional when it comes to her speed, her aggressive style of play and technical work on the ball. Her work-ethic and commitment both on and off the field have been highly recognized as she was scouted and recruited for a variety private schools this past fall season. Hailee has worked vigorously to master her craft and looks forward to continuing her development at the next level.

During the fall 2018 season, Hailee and Eliza played a substantial role in making history for the girls program. The 2004 squad of the fall 2018 season set the  record for the lowest goals against average in a single season for the girls program.  They finished their regular season with 8-0-0 record without allowing  single goal.

This year will be a busy year for both Eliza and Hailee as the duo will be traveling with an elite group of players to represent Valeo FC to compete in the Donosti International Cup held in San Sebastian Spain. In addition, the girls will be traveling to Pennsylvania with the top 17 players in the Valeo FC 2004 age group to represent Valeo FC in the FC Delco Players Cup and will also be competing in the Massachusetts State Cup with the top 2004 players of Valeo.
